Johnny Dolvik brings more than 15 years of experience from the broadcast equipment industry to T-VIPS. Mr Dolvik comes from TANDBERG Television where he held several positions including Segment Director Broadband and Engineering Director. Mr Dolvik holds a Siv.Ing degree from NTH, the Norwegian Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from NHH, the Norwegian School of Economics.
Janne T. Morstøl is COO of T-VIPS and one of the founders of the company. She manages key functions within the company including R&D, Support, Finance and Administration. Ms Morstøl joined T-VIPS from TANDBERG Television where she served in several management positions in Engineering and Business Development. In 2001 and 2002 she worked as Program Director at Zonavi, a Telenor-owned ITV company. Mrs Morstøl holds an Electronics degree from NTH and an MBA from NHH.
One of the digital TV industry's true pioneers, Helge Stephansen has served in a variety of senior technical positions in TANDBERG Television and Ericsson. Prior to joining T-VIPS he was Senior System Architect in TANDBERG Television with focus on introduction of video-over-IP. Dr.Stephansen holds a Dr. Ing degree from NTH.
Arnhild Schia joined T-VIPS in August 2011 as CCO and brings more than 15 years experience in top management, developing international markets, partners and sales, building global organizations and driving business growth. Before joining T-VIPS, Ms. Schia held executive positions in various corporations including Comptel Corporation where she was Senior Vice President and EDB Telecom and Incatel where she served as CEO. Ms Schia has also held senior positions at Telesciences Inc. and Telenor. Arnhild Schia has a Masters in Computer Science from Strathclyde University and a Business degree from The Norwegian School of Management.
Margaret McLeod has over 20 years experience in senior management roles, building global marketing teams in high growth, high tech companies. Before joining T-VIPS, she established a global marketing presence for Trolltech, a UI software company (subsequently acquired by Nokia). Ms McLeod held the position of Customer Operations Director at Norway's largest MSO, UPC/Get. At Lotus/IBM she held a number of marketing and business development roles with European and global responsibilities. She studied at the University of Strathclyde in Scotland.
