Karl-Christian Agerup, Chairman of the Board

Mr Agerup is currently General Partner in Northzone Ventures. He was Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Co and he has worked as an analyst at Milipore Corp, Boston, MA. Mr Agerup has a proven track record in building successful management teams and companies. Mr Agerup holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration from Copenhagen School of Economics and an MBA from MIT Sloan School.

Mr Haug Kogstad gained valuable experience in sales and channel management through his Executive Vice President role at TANDBERG where he was instrumental in developing new markets in EMEA, North America, Asia/Pacific and South America. He also played a crucial role in developing a market oriented product development strategy and managing the product portfolio at TANDBERG. Prior to joining TANDBERG in 1990, Mr. Kogstad was General Manager of Ericsson Public Data Networks. Mr Haug Kogstad holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

Mr Kronborg is currently Partner in Northzone Ventures and has extensive experience in building successful, international companies. Prior to joining Northzone, Gregers was an active and hands-on business angel and member of the Danish business angel network. Gregers co-founded the Danish broadband start-up COCOM in the mid-90's which was later acquired by Cisco. Mr Kronborg holds a M.Sc. in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

Mr Sandersen is currently Partner in Incitia Ventures. He has a wide management experience from early-stage and public IT companies. He has also worked as a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group and Andersen Consulting (Accenture), including managing director of Circle Innovation, member of the international management team of IconMedialab, and CEO of Hands ASA. Mr Sandersen holds a Siv Ing degree from NTH and an MBA from Stanford University.

Espen Myhre, Director

Espen Myhre has a truly international sales experience gained through work in companies like Siemens and Ericsson. His professional sales experience was gained through resident management positions in countries like Germany, South Africa, Sweden, Vietnam and Puerto Rico. Espen Myhre has a broad industry experience from Oil & Gas to Telecom and Broadcast. Mr Myhre has been part of the management team at T-VIPS since 2007.

Bengt Thuresson, Director

Bengt Thuresson, Director

Mr Thuresson has served in a number of high profile positions within the technology and broadcast industries. He is currently Chairman of the Norwegian e-commerce company Komplett and he was also Vice-Chairman of the Board for digital broadcasting leaders TANDBERG Television. He has also served as Chairman of NextGenTel and Comfirmit. In addition, Mr Thuresson gained 12 years of experience working for the videoconferencing company TANDBERG, where he was CEO between 1997 and 2001. Mr Thuresson holds a Master of Science in Engineering Cybernetics from NTNU, Trondheim.
